Avatar change!

I'm trying to change my avatar and it aint working !! Have a new pic of Tallula I'd like to put on as my avatar It says it will resize the pic for me, etc but does not seem to change the one I have! Pls help!?

OK Stacy try this one it should work as your avitar. I resized it but it won't let me insert it. I took out your other one when you click on user CP at the top it shoul let you change your avitar. which the info will be located at the left of your screen. Let me know if it works.
