HELP!

It says my PM box if full yet I emptied it the other day?
I have one folder with a few pm's in it that i can't really delete (SS stuff!) but that shouldn't anywhere near fill my PM!

I don't know what to do. I've emptied my main box now about 3 times so it's completely empty in a hope it would mean it resets itself but instead it's determined that I have a full PM box!

I didn't realise you had to delete everything in the trash can too!

Thanks. I cleaned that out.
Then realized I had to clean out the trash can too!
