Herman enclosure help

Hey, I was just wondering whats important for a Herman enclosure. It will be indoors since I don't have the climate, so outdoors is out the question (though in summer they could have a small area outside.)

Am I correct in saying 50/50 top soil sand mix for substrate?

Help + pics of your enclosures would be fab.

How big (or how old) is your tortoise(s) and how big of an area do you plan to devote to their enclosure? Substrate content can differ some depending upon the size of the tortoise and the actual conditions you have in the area that the tortoise will be kept. What is the ambient temperature and humidity in the general area that the animal will be kept?

More information would help greatly!
