Hermann burying for days

Hi. I have two Herman torts I bought three years ago together. One has grown well and one not. Been back to the vets and they’ve said as long as she’s putting on some weight (4g in 8 months) they are happy. She has large enclosure set up for day (30 degrees one end) and red light at night but she burys herself even though all in one basking bulb on for 9 hours a day and she stays buried until I find her after three days. She doesn’t eat much so really worried with lack of food going in and sleeping so much. Any advice gratefully received. Thank you

Are they together in the same enclosure?

How long have they been separated? Which tortoise did you leave in the original enclosure? It would probably be better to leave the smaller tortoise in the original enclosure so as not to introduce a new source of stress.

Red lights at night are not recommended. What is an 'all in one basking bulb'?
