I am from the uk and recently got a 18 month old hermann, Sheldon, after a first check up at the Vets,which was all fine, i was advised to remove part of the viv's roof, around half to 3/4, to increase the airflow but still allow for a good temperature in the cooler end as he/she is still young and its pretty cold over here.
i was also told to buy a MVB instead of using two bulbs for Heat and UV. she recommended three brands, Mega Ray, Power Sun and Arcadia. We were also advised to get a ceramic heat bulb on a day night thermostat to regulate temperature down the cooler end.
Can anyway advice on which brands of these items would be best for the bulb and thermostat.
