Hermann tortoise lost appetite

hey

We have a 6 year old Hermann tortoise, but we just adopted him a few months ago. Over the last few days he seems to have lost his appetite, not interested in any of his greens. He also slept inside his water bowl for 2 night. I thought maybe he’s dehydrated so I gave him a long soak in the tub for 20-30 mins yesterday and he didn’t sleep in the water bowl lash night. I’m just worried about him.
Also, how long is good to have him out of his vivarium during the day? Can he be outside away from his heat lamp for most of the day or only a few hours?

Hello! If we could get some housing information from you that’d be great! It’ll really help members giving tips and advice where needednot all of these are relevant, but the more info we have the better! I can’t see them being covered in your previous threads

Most important, What are your temperatures like all over? Ie basking temp(directly under the bulb), overall day temps(middle and cooler side), night temps?
What kind of basking bulb is being used specifically? Packaging photos are good if you have any
Do you use indoor uv? If so what kind?
How’s humidity?
What’s his substrate?
What kind of monitoring do you have measuring temp and humidity?
What’s his diet been like with you?
