Hermann's tortoise calcium help

Hi guys in the next couple of weeks I am going to be getting a Hermann's tortoise and I have been doing lots of research on them but the thing that has confused me the most is calcium as looking at loads of different things are saying different things like everyday, every other day once a week once a month. So with all these options I not sure which is the best for it. I know about having a cuttlefish bone and I will be having one in with the tortoise so will this effect how much calcium I should be giving it

As for the calcium, a tiny pinch 2 to 3 times a week is good.
