Hello and Welcome We are really glad you found us and joined. Great group of people here. Very passionate about tortoises and well, really any animal and very willing to share their knowledge.
Hey guys I know this is a lot to ask but does anyone have any Greek or Russian torts for sale? I'm am willing to pay fully! Pm me if you do or if you acknowledge a person at which I can purchase one, thank you, James.
Since you are experienced, you probably already know this, but I feel obliged to say it anyway: It is best if you don't mix different species of tortoise in the same habitat. Plus, the Mediterranean tortoises, especially the Russians, like to be alone. They fight when you put them together.
Maybe keep your new redfoot in the old enclosure? I'm pretty sure both of those types of tortoises have different needs as well. Redfoots need a really high humidity level in their tanks 80%-100%. I'm no Russian expert but maybe someone else could help explain what their habitat should be. Also, how big are your Russian and your new Redfoot?
