I HAVE A EASTERN BOX TURTLE. AND HE IS BEEN IN WATER FOR LIKE 4DAYS STRAIGHT AND HASNT EATEN SENSE IS THIS NORMAL. HE HAS HAD BM. BUT HE JUST CHILLING IN WATER. HE HAS A UV AND HEAT LAMP, DIRT IN TANK FOR HIM TO DIG AND FAKE PLANTS, THERE IS MEAL WORMS IN HIS TANK FOR HIM TO HUNT WHEN WANT TO. BUT JUST ODD FOR HIM TO STAY IM WATER SO LONG. SHOULD I BE WORRIES HELPPPP!!!!!

@Yvonne G please help. What are your temperatures? Did you take the turtle out of the water?

Is this an adult or hatching?
An adult, the enclosure is way too small.
A hatchling then it's fine for a short time. Can he exit the water easily? You should not be using the ramped water dishes pet stores sell. A low sided clay saucer should be used.
What are the temps in the enclosure?
