So I was told by a herman tortoise owner to join tortoiseforum so I did! Can anyone explain to me if theres like a mail system or is it on a thread?

yea we discuss stuff on the threads so everyone can see it.
if you want to private message someone them go to inbox and type in the persons username.

Ok! Well have you hand fed your sulcata if you have one? and can you get some pictures some time so I have an example?
i don't hand feed my sulcata, no pictures of that
. but here is my sulcata at 8 inches long eating his food.

Ok I have a 1 year old Sulcata do you recommend hand feeding? Ive never done it and how would I handle him? Hes a 1 year oldi don't hand feed my sulcata, no pictures of that

i don't think its the best because if you leave the food in you torts cage he can go back for more food through out the day.

Ok how many time have you had to build a cage for your tort? Im thinking about updating his cage I can probably get a pic of what Im planning to do saturday
50 gallon, them i moved to a 4ft by 3ft then then 4ft bu 8ft and now I'm setting up a 8ft by 10ft greenhouse. how big is your sulcata?

If you want to talk to a member privately, scroll your mouse up to the top right hand corner where it says 'inbox'. When that screen comes up, you have to type in the member's name. It's pretty self explanatory once you get to that part.
Please read the threads at the top of the Enclosure section. There are some nice examples of enclosures pictured there. Also, good info about caring for your tortoise as the top of the Sulcata section.
