Hi there, mom of 4, now 5 ( 2 kids, 2 fur kids) I just got my first testudo tortoise and I couldn't be happier. I've secretly always liked turtles but haven't ever owned one until now. My husband jokes he's my new baby. I would love any advice or tips on them. We've had him for 2 days now, and he was really active at first and now not so much only when he wants to eat. Which is fine by me, but I'm still learning about them so I don't know if this is okay.

Have you set up your enclosure per our species specific thread?
If so, It's perfectly normal for a tortoise to be inactive when getting used to new surroundings.
