HI Everyone!

I am really glad i found this forum and webpage! I am the proud owner of four Sulcatas they are all about
2 1/2 We have had the first two that we got when they were tiny! We had them inside in a really nice home my husband made and we moved them outside in April. They have thrived! then two weeks ago my husband came home from work with two more around the same age. They have spiked type scutes where as our do not. They lived indoors and only ate strawberries and kale with no calcium or outside time. We love them all. I have a huge garden that we turned into a home for all four. They have an enclosure that my husband built. They have one side shaded and one not. They get plenty of UV in Arizona. They grass and hearty leafy greens. raddicio is a treat they love! I also give them Kale. I put calcium on their food.
I love all of them and want to make sure i am doing everything right i am looking forward to reading all i can on this site! Thank you for this oppurtunity!! 10600478_10152675593908363_2797844567847356944_n.jpg

As the new ones continue in your good care their shells should begin to smooth out. Welcome to TFO.

Hello and welcome. Great herd and Gilbert is a great place for them.

I would recommend starting a burrow for them next spring in the place where you want it, and then using something like of of these for winter:

Here is an idea that will work perfectly where you are year round. It truly offers the best of both worlds and keeps your tortoises safe from the blazing summers, and freezing winter nights all at the same time:

And for next spring when the days and nights start heating up:

And finally, here are some food suggestions:
