I was looking at a couple pictures on y a h o o and also looking at my leopard tort (who has severe pyramiding, shes a rescue) and wondering why the worst of it causes the top scutes to pyramid but not the side scutes? If this doesnt make sense I'll try to clarify but does anyone know when a tortoises shell pyramids, what is affected first?
