How do you report a certain post or profile?

Hello, I want to know how you can report a certain person or post. all replies will be stored as future information. Please add a screenshot or photo if there is a specific report button for posts or users. Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question.

Sorry. I am half blind, so it's hard for me to see certain stuff, so I have to magnify words and pictures to see them.

I had to magnify the attachment to read what it says! Thanks. Now I know how to do so.
