Humidity.

Can there be too much humidity? I cleaned Memito's tank out and put some new plants in. I just got home from work and it's at 99 % with a temp of 92.

Too much humidity isn't really a bad thing. However, mold can be a problem in high humidity environments. Just make sure you aren't creating a swamp and your tort should be fine. Also, I'd lower the temps to the mid 80s. 92 F is good for a warm side but not for the entire enclosure. Oh, and houseplants tend to do well around 78 F. Too much heat for them will stunt growth.
