You definitely have a Greek tortoise, and if you were to twist my arm, I would bet that it is a Tunisian tortoise, Testudo graeca nabuelensis. Were you not given any info when you bought this tortoise? I thought that there was a lot of paperwork with tortoise sales in the UK.
It would be good to get rid of the "Pets At Home" substrate and switch to fir bark, aka orchid bark or ZooMed Reptibark. There is less risk of impaction compared to the sandy substrate with bits of limestone.
