Identification help....

So I said something about my tortoise in front of a coworker who piped up that she had one too. We started talking and she told me a bit about it, she isn't sure what kind it is or anything and I'm not too great and identifying blurry pictures so I bring it to you!

I want to help her out getting it on a good diet and a better enclosure which will be a bit easier once I know EXACTLY what I'm working with. She says her brother had it for a few years and it's previous owner had it for a few as well.... and no one who's owned it seems to know too much about it!

Sweet, that's helpful... now to convince her to get it OUT of the rodent cage and on a diet that doesn't consist of 'turtle chow'.
