I was walking today and I saw a church and outside of the building in church's garden i saw these! Does anyone identify these flowers? If these are appropriate for my tortoise can I pick some to feed them? I searched in Google and says snapdragon!

They do look like snapdragons. I have no idea how safe they would be for your tortoise, though.

For me, I love my tortoises. Due to that, I personally, don’t feed them anything questionable. My theory is feed them things that I would put in my mouth and that are prepared tortoise foods (Mazuri/Optimised52). I know I am probably too cautious, but after all the years with these guys, I don’t want to risk it. There isn’t much upside.

Snapdragon should be safe (according to The Tortoise Table). Be careful not to confuse it with similar looking toadflax, which is considered toxic (flowers with a "spur" is a tell-tale sign). These are relative plant species and both occur in Mediterranean region.

Also, you can ask in the church if they spray/fertilize these flowers.
