Help - can someone tell me what is happening with the shell (near the bottom of the shell)? Is this an injury? Fungus? Infection? It looks like the shell is scraped.

I can't tell what's going on. Maybe it has been rubbing the back of the shell on something?????

The rear costal scutes look rough and pitted and its spreading to one of the marginal scutes too. I would try using an anti-fugal like Lotrimin just in case.

Seems to be a lot of rocks in its enclosure could be from rubbing. One of mine keeps scraping the front top of her shell on somthing some days it looks like it’s healing and then yesterday she re opened it. I think I removed the rock she was trying to get under but Time will tell
