Angi- since I had Kobae registered with US Fish and wild life service, he had a sort of passport and it just got stamped by the inspector each time we went in and out. We drove and used the same border crossing each time so I knew the guy pretty well. I had no problems what so ever, except one time but only because I got to the border after he had left so Kobae had to stay the weekend but they let me- mexican, my brasilian husband and our argentian best friend through the border no problems. We always joke about that lol!

We are by the Charger stadium so right in the middle of SD!
