I always use cold (tap)water to spray my enclosure and torts. Does that hurt them?

Luke. But if my torts are outside near the hose I usually clean their shells with a good cold spray... Ground water here is cold..... But they love the sprinklers...

right now in phoenix the temps are cracking 100 and RV is looking for shade. When I turn on the hose, the water of course is way too hot ~ I let it cool. RV comes to a shaded area and spreads out for her soak-bath. She loves the cool water and will rest/sleep as she soaks. She is a good... very good girl. Of course, she muddies right up when we soak the big lemon tree.
