I'm writing this on my phone very quickly so I'm sorry for any spelling/grammar errors.
Today my baby greek tortoise threw up like 3-4 times.
The new foods I introduced yesterday and today were
Prickly pear fruits
Pak Choi
Green leaf lettuce
Fruits caused it to throw up everytime I offered it as food.
Like bananas and watermelon.
Other than that it seems pretty healthy.
No eye irritation/moving/eating/sleeping.
Also it's kept In my room so I can use the light.
But my brother refuses to raise the temperature every time.
Also is it normal for greek babies to dig and burrow to sleep?
Any advice is appreciated.

Throwing up may be a sign that the tortoise is too cold and is also sometimes indicative of a Cryptosporidium infection and/or worms. You probably should have the tortoise checked by a vet. Also you need to keep the tortoise at about 85F to 90F or even up to 95F so that it can properly digest its food.

My brother keeps the room at 16 Celsius
Which is too cold but I try to raise the temperature by the lamp and when he's not home or in the room.
I told him many times that it's bad for the tortoise but he won't listen.

Greetings. What kind & size of enclosure are you using ? How are you heating the enclosure? 16C is just too cold.

Try to upload a pix of the enclosure. A CHE or RHP with a fully enclosed enclosure can help you maintain proper temps.

If your in Bahrain and 16c then there must be air conditioning in use. Tortoise need warmth can it be located to warmer safe place? Suggest a review of the enclosure and heat and light. Remove all fruit from the diet as they can not digest the sugars like humans and introduce green fresh veg or weeds in a controlled way as in over weeks with other leaves you know it likes. If vomiting suggest a warm shallow bath to encourage drinking and flushing out what has been ingested. Vet check, may also be required to health check. Read the care sheet for tortoise which provides helpful guidelines for successful care and growth. Clean the enclosure of vomit and provide fresh clean water.

You should probably find the tortoise a new home then. 16C is way too cold for that tortoise to be able to digest its food. You are slowly starving it to death whether you realize it or not.

Your tortoise actually needs to be at a temp of about 32 to 34C in the daytime and about 20-23C at night. If you cannot provide that environment, I strongly urge you to find the tortoise a new owner who can do so.

update: we had a discussion
we agreed to put the enclosure in another room.
And will that room be at least 32C to 34C all day and not lower than 20C at night? If not, you still need to take more steps to be sure the tortoise doesn't die.

It doesn't get that cold
It's that my brother is the one of the most stubborn people I've met.
I've told him many times that it will harm the tortoise
He just won't listen.
The tortoise is not the only one that gets harmed by this.
My sister and I sometimes can't sleep because the room is too cold.
Every family member that visits they say the same thing.
I greatly appreciate all the advice.
And aside from throwing up.
It's a normal tortoise.
Poops and pees regularly, eats and gets bathed about everyday.
Thank you
Wash your hands and wear your masks.
