Is my Russian healthy?

This is my Russian tortoise Crush. He gets romaine and kale everyday with calcium powder recently. He has a uvb and basking light. The white stuff on his beak is calcium powder.

Do you know if he is wild caught or captive bred? Or is it too hard to tell.
