is there any health risk ???

Hi everyone, i have a question.
Today is saw my male pardalis babcocki of 4kg who took out his penis.
And before he enters back in the penis was coated of substrate.
I would like to know if there is any health risk in this ?

The way it retracts is basically gets cleaned off in the process, I would imagine there is some risk, but it is small. Now as to how comfortable it is, that I can't comment on.
