That listing has been on Kingsnake for a long time. The tortoise also has some wacky growth going on in its shell - it's beautifully smooth at first, and then there is that big 'dip' around the scutes.

I'm no ID expert, but it looks so much like my 'antakyan' (terrestris) tortoise.

Yes, it should be a middle east one. I have a almost same one, it should not hibernate as GBtortoise told me.
