A CHE can provide heat both day and night. Because it provides no light.
But the UVB light you posted. Although it will work fine as a UVB source. And provide light. It will generate no useful heat

That's a mini dome. And just 25 watts.
Its the type you need. But you need the larger one. And at least 50 watt. Possibly 100 depending on the size of your enclosure.
Its also possible that two of those minis could work. Spaced apart. But I'm just guessing now. Since I can't see your enclosure

That's going to be impossible to turn into a closed chamber enclosure. It'll probably begin to rot immediately if it stays wet.
There are a lot of new members that come here. Having already purchased that type of "tortoise house"....And that one is on a stand. It's particularly nice. But it's not at all suitable for almost any tortoise. Especially a tropical one.

Please read the info that we linked for you in your first thread. It answers this question and many more. That UV tube is okay, but the Arcadia is better. You still need ambient heat 24/7, ambient light 12-13 hours a day, and a basking lamp 12-13 hours a day. You also need a large closed chamber enclosure. That enclosure is much too small for a single year old sulcata, much less five of them, and open topped enclosures do not work. That is like trying to heat your house in winter with no roof on it.

Here is a breakdown of the four heating and lighting essentials:

1. Basking bulb. I use 65 watt incandescent floods from the hardware store. Some people will need bigger, or smaller wattage bulbs. Let your thermometer be your guide. I run them on a timer for about 12 hours and adjust the height to get the correct basking temp under them. I also like to use a flat rock of some sort directly under the bulb. You need to check the temp with a thermometer directly under the bulb and get it to around 95-100F (36-37C).
2. Ambient heat maintenance. I use ceramic heating elements or radiant heat panels set on thermostats to maintain ambient above 80 degrees day and night for tropical species. In most cases you'd only need day heat for a temperate species like Testudo or DT, as long as your house stays above 60F (15-16C) at night. Some people in colder climates or with larger enclosures will need multiple CHEs or RHPs to spread out enough heat.
3. Ambient light. I use LEDs for this purpose. Something in the 5000-6500K color range will look the best. Most bulbs at the store are in the 2500K range and they look yellowish. Strip or screw-in LED bulb types are both fine.
4. UV. If you can get your tortoise outside for an hour 2 or 3 times a week, you won't need indoor UV. In colder climates, get one of the newer HO type fluorescent tubes. Which type will depend on mounting height. 5.0 bulbs make almost no UV. I like the 12% HO bulbs from Arcadia. You need a meter to check this: https://www.solarmeter.com/model65.html A good UV bulb only needs to run for 2-3 hours mid day. You need the basking bulb and the ambient lighting to be on at least 12 hours a day.

I’m looking @ closed chamber terrariums now. How many gal or what size you think I would need for 4-5 baby Sulcata tortoises? The one I have now is 38”Lx24”W but it’s half open and half closed top. I’ll need to eventually get a terrarium though.

Do you have babies or yearlings? Are we talking about 35 gram babies or 1000 gram yearlings?

Terrariums are no good. They are too small and they have open tops. You need a large closed chamber that is made of expanded PVC material so that it will be impervious to the high humidity and constant moisture. For sulcata, you need something around 4x8 feet to keep them in until they are large enough to move outside full time. At that point, you need a large heated night box for outdoors. You will also need separate enclosures for males and females at least until the females reach a mature size, but you will still need separate outdoor enclosure because you don't want siblings breeding.
