Once in a while my sulcata gets this foamy stuff in one eye. Any idea on what may be causing this?
Is this normal? (occasional foamy eye)

It is how they tear to clear their eyes. No worries.

Yes, it's normal. This is why the sulcata is referred to as "the crying tortoise."
Other then the sulcata and I have seen it on Gallops, are there others? All of them?
Looks like the crud in my eyes in the morning lol

I don't know about all of them, but of the species I have worked with it seems more common in larger species individuals. I've not seen it in Egyptians.
