Is this normal?

I’ve had this turtle for two years and I got him when he was a hatchling (reeves turtle). Since then he’s grown but he’s still quite small. I was just wondering if his size is normal. He’s very healthy but I don’t know if he is too small for his age.

It looks about right to me, but I am more of a tortoise expert than a turtle one.

Slow and sturdy wins the race. Some people power feed to grow turtles. Looks good to me.
