I am trying to grow grass in my tortoise house but I am not sure if this light is safe for my tortoise. I have read that blue and red waves are bad for there eyes. This one says it has that but when it is on it comes out white. So I am not sure if the waves still effect him.

This is the amazon link of the light I bought:

I don't know of many plants that will live under that bright hot bulb, I use 65 watt incandescent bulbs, and gave up on plants

It's an LED (cool) bulb made for plants. It gives the right light wavelengths for plants, but it will be crazy-bright as far as light glare goes.

One bulb and you can group the plants under it so they can grow and shade. My leopard loves to sleep under the pothos instead of his hide. The actual grow zone is not that large of a cone.
