Is this safe to eat?

I have a Sulcata and I have noticed these weeds popping up in my back yard in NE Florida. I just want to make sure they are safe for my tortoise to eat if it comes across one. I have looked on the tortoise table, but I'm not the best at decided which one it looks like the most haha.

Looks like mint to me, but I don't really know.

Sorrry, I don't recognize either of them. The top one looks like it might be a seedling tree of some sort. The bottom one sort of resembles mint, like Gabriel said.

I don't recognize any of them. Better to pull them and plant things you know to be safe.
