Is this Shell Rot?

A few weeks ago i notices some shiny spots on my RES Shell is this early signs of shell rot or some sort of infection..?

Looks like Broccoli to me. Just kidding, if your talking about the spots dead center it just looks as if it's about to sed a scute. Don't try to peal it off it will come off on it's own. Try putting some wood and rocks in the tank for them to rub on.
