It was the Mango!

A few weeks ago I posted that my red foot had smoked fish smelling pee. The vet, as did many of you, said it was probably something she ate. I went back to the original diet she came to us with and the smell finally went away. I decided to start reintroducing some of the newer foods to see what the smell was from and to increase variety. Turns out it was the mango! Won't be giving her that anymore!

Mine eat mangos and don't smell and they eat a lot if it because they have their very own mango tree. I wonder why it is different for others

Not sure why either. I guess like people, every tortoise is different when it comes to food. I wouldn't stop giving your tortoise anything if it is working for you!
