I believe it. Its still going to be in the 90s, and it's going to be raining for the rest of the week.

true, but we make up for it with humidity. 80-100% humidity is no joke...... we only got 94F today, the humidity did drop to 56%, ... i could run a dog in the 80's with less than 40% humidity, i wouldn't run them in the 70's with 70-100% humidity..... the lower the humidity the higher the temps they could handle....

I don't envy your humidity. We shrivel like prunes if we don't pour gallons of lotion, but being slimy frogs in a pan? No, thank you! But we do get such days when the monsoon season arrives. Ugh.

In RVA we whine about the humidity when it gets into the 80 then 90 percents. So how can I goes somewhere in Georgia and Memphis and experience the same numbers but it feels to me way different! I will never understand how the math dont' math

Today it was 100F at 9 o`clock when I went greenery hunting for the kids. By the time I got back, I was sweating my balls off, smelling like over-ripened kale, and a bag of apples could have been thrown in a pie crust! Hauling a car full in this heat makes you question your life choices as your brain bakes without a drop of gravy!

Welcome to my life. Kids know I am back, and they are acting like unfed dinosaurs on crack, while my overheated body is trying to sort all the food, put it away, make salads, clean up after them, and see who again got into mischief! They attack the food with gusto, while I fall to the ground and hope for 5 minutes to be left alone, and nobody bites each other's head off.
