Jute??/ Corchorus?

need an opinion about a veggie, First i have no idea what the english name of this veggie we eat here, we call it saluyot and when i searched on wiki it redirected me to jute...they look the same and description sounds the same as well...anyway, are they ok for my tort to eat? It said it has very high fiber content...

Yoda is not too keen on grasses, she only likes buffalo grass...and she doesn't even eat much, so i was looking for other veggies she'd like that has high fiber content.
