Kale

I have found contradicting information in regards to kale either being a good base food to feed vs it should only be fed in moderation. Can anyone please give clarity? Thanks

It's ok as part of a varied diet. Too much, like fed every day would be, isn't good. Kale is a brassica and too much may health problems.

It’s high in oxilates which form stones that can be deadly. It’s ok here and there but not a good staple food.
