Kia ora everyone,
I'm the proud owner of an 8 year old Hermann's tortoise that we've named Hermes. Having a quick look over some of the latest threads, I'm thinking she may actually be a he! We had looked at Hermes' shell rather than tail length for clues re. sex, and were mistaken
Hermes is brumating at the moment - it's winter here in NZ and so much of his favourite food sources have not survived the frost, apart from the dandelions. We look forward to seeing Hermes again around late October
