lance leaved coreopsis?

i was just given a local flower called the perinnial wildflower, is it safe for my tort to eat. i dont have a pic because the seeds were just planted and they havent grown yet. also i got another type of lettus but i dont know the name of it how do i find out if it is tort friendly?
