Tico my leopard will do the same thing. I see no signs of runny nose or eyes so I'm discounting it as a URI, he seems to do it most when he is at the end of his soaking or if I pull him out of one of his hides to take him outside to get some sun. If you don't see any other signs I would assume it is nothing to lose sleep over.

That's frickin' cute!

I sure hope its ok.

Early on I thought Adrianne might be chirping, and was worried it was respiratory, but decided it was simply that she'd dug down to the glass, lol

I think I know what you are talking about, I've seen this a lot in box turtles and the tortoises I have. It sounds like a clicking noise? Not sure exactly what it is by I notice it when they drink and eat, I think it's just their beak or tongue grinding against something. Not sure exactly but I am quite sure that it does not indicate any health issues.

Ours all do that too, it sounds kind of like a cross between a creaky stair and a baby duck? It seems like they do it when they get put in the bath for their soak, or if they're on the warpath toward the food rock after seeing new things put in. We've had clean bills of health at the vet so far (knock on wood) so I don't think it's a respiratory issue. Maybe it's an excited sound?
