Hire a handyman /carpenter. But hey I built tort pens and tort houses myself and I'm a stay at home mom!....I think anyone can do it

I have seen extremely similar enclosures before. My problem would be....how would I pick up its poop and pick up the tortoise if the lighting/heat are dangling from the enclosure roof?

It's starting to get cold here. And the rainy season is starting (so I'm told)... I feel bad for Levi. He's wondering what happened to his forever sunshine.

Hopefully both him and I can hold out through Feb...

Good news is the insulated tort house is keeping up his temps.
