Light Fixture

I recently bought a zoo med terrarium hood and it just blew out with 2 days of use. im using a 10.0 T5 high output tube for uvb and its 22 inches long. im having a hard time trying to find the lamp specific for this bulb. can someone link me to a light fixture for this bulb?

Do you think it's the bulb or fixture that 'blew'?

if I thought it might be the fixture, I'd probably open it up if possible and check the wires to the sockets. make sure they didn't come loose.

the fixture came with its own bulb, it was a 5.0 so i didnt use it, and it also didnt work, so im assuming its the fixture. Me n my dad are gonna take a look at it later

I would get it replaced. If you mess with it and they can tell you did, they won't replace it.
