Light suggestion

I use exoterra Solar Glo light bulbs for my tortoise but they keep popping every 2/3 months and they’re quite expensive,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a bulb similar but that isn’t so expensive

For uvb I can recommend Arcadia t5 ho tubes.
For heat I use a exo terra day time heat lamp 60 w
