Solar Glo with light dome

May I seek advice from fellow friends here, will it be alright for me to use exoterra Solar Glo 80W on Light Dome 7"

Read that best to pair with Exoterra Wire Light. Is this necessary or Light Dome 7" is good enough.

The bigger the dome the better. Saves on the life of the bulb as it can get too hot in a small dome. Also dispurses heat in a bigger area then more direct.
Any ceramic/porcelain socket dome will work. Places like Home Depot Walmart and hardware stores sell them cheaper then a pet store.
