Lighting a 5 by 2 enclosure

I've been on the site before (a different username I cannot recall in the slightest) and I know you guys give nice feedback!


I am making a new tortoise table for my Russian tortoise (Who is between 4 and 4.5'' in size). This enclosure will be 5 by 2 feet in size.
Now, this is a bit bigger than her previous enclosure (3 by 2) so I am a little confused on how to properly light this new one.


Feel free to be as thorough as possible!

The lighting won't have to be any different from the other enclosure. But the heating will have to cover a bigger area. You may need to buy a CHE (ceramic heat emitter).
