This will depend a lot on your situation, preferences and needs.

In a 6x3 table, I would suggest that you either dedicate the room to be 65F+ at all times with good humidity, or that you build at least a tent over it to help hold the heat and humidity in. At 6x3, your best overall heating option may well be to use a small space heater in the tented table. If you wish, you can use substrate heating cables and/or a CHE to heat a warmer area for basking and to generate humidity.

My preference for lighting would be to go with a straight fluorescent bulb, 36" to 48", with the lower levels of UVB output, set to run for about 6-8 hours a day. Combine it with a warm white (or daylight, superwhite or deluxe white) bulb the same size or smaller, set to run about 12 hours a day.

One interesting method you can consider to humidify the area would be to put a 10 gallon tropical tank in there- heater, bubbler, live fish, etc. These generate a ton of humidity and add some light, heat, and interest as well.
