Hello!
ExoTerra now makes T5 lamps and reflectors and as this brand is present in the shops, maybe they already carry these lamps or can order one for you from a supplier.

The problem with coiled lamps is that UV output is somewhat unpredictable - from super weak to super high withing a couple of inches (both horizontally and vertically). I'll check if there are any test reports for this specific fixture.
Ok maybe i will try to ask the shop then.
Thank you

Are UVB meters very expensive? Maybe I can try to buy one
Unfortunately, yes, they are. Recommended Solarmeter 6.5 model is around 150-200USD. There are cheaper alternatives from chinese brands twice cheaper but less accurate.

I looked at Coupang once again - nothing suitable.

Any chance to order from Amazon in Europe?

I think last time I searched and showed you and I don't think we agreed. It was when I only found a forest or desert one. I forgot exactly.

It seems it is a 120V not 220V.😑
Amd already unavailable...
Oh... Are you looking at Amazon France because you have someone to receive the package and then resend it to you? If so, there are other online shops (like this - https://fgreptiles.eu/eclairage-uvauvb/2624-kit-uvauvb-pro-t5-desert-12-arcadia.html).

If Amazon in any EU country will work, you can try to order from Netherlands: https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B084ZMW697...o_cp_apan_dp_QNGXAA9PJ6Q9XVCMEPYV&starsLeft=1

It's a 54W kit, that's why it's more expensive. I've checked amazon.de first because this is where I order my equipment :)
😅 Why so many 54w kits and not a single regular 24w? I even saw a bird kit!

I have luckily found a Finnish store that sells the Arcadia kits, but I have ordered some non-tortoise stuff from amazon de.

I looked at france because I know we have the same voltage as Korea. I was looking if it can deliver to Korea.

I will check in the German one
Thank you

But it still says 120V coming from abroad. So maybe it doesn't exist as 220V 🤔

That part number is for the US version, thats why its 120v. Europe is 230v so they do exist at that voltage. I looked at a listing for the US version and it said the electric was 100 to 240 Volts and 50 Hertz to 60 Hertz so they might be using multivolt/multifreq ballasts in them. It makes sense for a global product; they only have to change the cord/plug. If that is the case, then you could possibly get the fixture from anywhere and replace the plug.

It seems, not all Arcadia fixtures are multi-voltage:
1. Those I have are only 220-240V (at least, that's what label says)
2. Another one that Happy_Tortoise got from Amazon US blew up when plugged and it was rated only for 110V.

It was unpleasant and unexpected to learn. My JungleDawn bars are multivolt, though.

This one is probably bought from Amazon US and then sold locally. The price is twice higher than usual retail price in EU.

This unit comes with a Dragon 14% lamp - it should be mounted higher than 12% lamps (which can be less convenient for smaller enclosures and terrariums/vivariums). And definitely there are 220-240V versions.

That's why I am checking now before buying
