Long neck turtle with white spots on his neck

Hello.
I got a long neck fresh water turtle for just over a year now.
I only have 1 in the tank.
Recently, I noticed a white patch on his neck. A little bit on his head.
I tried to rub it off very gently with my fingers, but it didn't come off.

I am wondering if you guys have come across this and might have a way of treating my turtle?
Really worried. 😟

HELP, Medics!

Hang in there J3, the Calvary wakes up later than we do!

One of the mods will spot this and help, in the meantime, cruise some of the sticky's above. I kept water turtles for years and never saw that but it doesn't look "scary".
