Marginated is changing.

My marginated is definitely a marginated. He came out of an adult marginated and so I am not doubting this but on a website it said they have no spurs on their back legs but Billy does. What does this mean and is the website right?

Ok. To me they just looked like spurs. If you think they are not they are probably not.

I just see normal tortoise legs with reptile skin and reptile scales. No spurs.
