Shelby didn’t eat her breakfast this morning and I checked on her after work and she was stone cold. Put her under the heat lamp and she just walked away. Took her out and warmed her with a lukewarm water bottle thing. Still won’t eat or stay under the heat lamp. I think it could be something to do with the storm as we have snow after a week of warm (for January) weather. Should I leave her lamp on tonight? What should I do?

Try giving her a warm soak? What's the ambient temperature in her enclosure? Maybe bump it up a bit if possible. I don't think I'd leave the lamp on because the light is disruptive to their sleep.

She’s eating again now, her tank was 35 degrees c. I think it may just have been she was too cold because she was in her hide sleeping a lot of the day
