Mazuri Tortoise Diet, veggies, and Zoo Med Natural Grassland food

I'm new to tortoise owning and a bit confused. I've been feeding my hermann organic spring mix (endive, romaine, chard, radicchio) because dandelions/weeds are getting hard to find now that it's getting cold. I've also been giving him 1 Zoo Med Natural Grassland food a week (because it takes him that long to eat through 1, he's tiny).
Would it be better to feed Mazuri Tortoise Diet, or mix it in with the others? Alternate?
Or something else altogether.

The zoo med seems to have fewer preservatives and has more grasses. If yours eats it then you fine feeding it. BTW @Kapidolo Farms sells zoomed in bulk cheaper and also has a lot of dried options to add. Mine love the dried hibiscus
