What's your thoughts on Mazuri food for red foot tortoises? I have just been giving fresh fruits and veggies and some worms.
is it better to add the mazuri food soaked on top. Sometimes mine is picky.

Perfectly fine to add in some mazurii a couple times/ week

Classic Mazuri (5M21) is a nice supplement to tortoise diet - minerals, vitamins and some plant protein. And is usually welcomed even by picky tortoises. However, it's not a good source of fiber. Mazuri LS is not that tasty, but is a better fiber supplementation.

What to try depends on your RF diet. If it's grocery greens, fruit and invertebrates it makes sense to try LS first to add more plant variety and fiber to the diet. Introducing it will require time and efforts but can help your tortoise to be less picky about greens.
